A collection of survey maps of Lyons Township in Ionia County, Michigan. The first survey map in this collection details all of Lyons Township. According to the map notes, while the northern, eastern, western townlines and subdivision lines were drawn in 1831, the southern boundary line was created in 1826. The second map details islands in the portion of the Grand River that runs through Lyons Township. That survey was completed in 1855. The third map details islands in the portion of the Maple River that runs through Lyons Township. This was completed in 1856.
