Plan providing strategic guidance to Michigan Department of Natural Resources and Environment staff and involved stakeholders for the management of white-tailed deer in Michigan, in support of the mission: to maintain a healthy white-tailed deer population, using sound scientific management, maximizing recreational opportunities while minimizing negative impacts on ecosystems and other wildlife species and without creating undue hardship to private interests.
