Biography or Historical Note: Loomis, Leonard G. Enlisted in Company E, 42nd Ohio Infantry. Wounded in the Battle of Thompson's Hill during the Siege of Vicksburg, May 16, 1863. Served in the Provost Guard. Mustered out on November 25, 1864.
