Michigan History Museums

 These records document exhibits (permanent, temporary and traveling) that are created by the Michigan Historical Museums (inside Lansing and throughout Michigan). They contain information about which artifacts are used in the exhibits, and exhibit planning, design, and layout. They may include, but may not be limited to, artifact inventories, artifact location information, transfer lists, exhibit label text, photos of exhibit cases and the constructed exhibit, artifact condition reports, promotional materials, correspondence, research, design layout drawings, development meeting notes and correspondence, educational materials, press and marketing materials, special event materials and photos, artwork, evaluations, budgets, surveys, and travel schedules.
