As we few family members able to attend in person, a parade was planned with about 20 cars, including 2 township police cars. The parade went by, turned around down the road and gave back again. Edwin, age 98 and Rachel, aged 95 at the time, are still living together by themselves in the house they built some 60 years earlier in Fruitport township.

My wife Kristen and our four kids and I had recently moved into our new home one year prior to the Coronavirus pandemic. Just like most who move into a new-to-you home, we had many projects and upgrades to complete. I’ll say that since the first day of quarantine until today, April 10th, we have completed more projects on our home than we could have done in three years. My grandson, Manny, turned 10 on March 29. His cousin, Brayan, turned 10 on March 30. Brayan had a virtual Roblox Birthday Party, that Manny 'attended'.
