Biography or Historical Note: Radabaugh, Thomas C. Enlisted in company D, Second Infantry, March 29, 1864, at Hillsdale, for 3 years, age 42. Mustered April 8, 1864. Joined regiment May 23, 1864. Wounded and in Chester Hospital, Philadelphia, Pa., June 27, 1864. Returned to duty February 23, 1865. Taken prisoner March 25, 1865. Discharged at Detroit, Mich., Aug. 3, 1865.
