A survey map of Spring Lake Township, the northern section of Grand Haven Township, and the City of Grand Haven, all located in Ottawa County, Michigan. The City of Grand Haven is located in sections 20 and 21 and parts of 27, 28, 29, and 34. Grand Haven Township is located in section 26 and parts of sections 27, 32, 33, and 35. This location was measured in several pieces: the southern boundary in late 1830 and early 1831, the subdivisions in both 1832 and 1837, and the northern, eastern, and western boundaries in 1837.
